Harju County passengers

Monthly travel card:

• Under the new e-ticket system, Harju County monthly travel cards can only be purchased for the Public Transport Card.
• When entering the vehicle, the travel card (e-ticket) must be registered using the driver’s payment terminal.
• The monthly travel card is valid for 30 days from the date selected by the card holder.

Purchasing single-trip tickets using your Public Transport Card

• When entering the vehicle you must purchase an e-ticket using money loaded onto your Public Transport Card by telling the driver the zone number or name of the stop.
• A new feature of single-trip tickets is that they now give passengers the right to change to a bus on a public county route during the period indicated on the ticket. The period of validity depends on the number of zones and ranges from 1 hour to 2.5 hours. You must register your e-ticket again when changing lines.

Purchasing single-trip tickets using cash

• You will still be able to purchase paper-based single-trip tickets using cash.
• When entering the vehicle you must purchase a ticket from the driver by stating the zone number or name of the stop.
• Single-trip tickets purchased using cash also now give passengers the right to change to a bus on a public county route during the period indicated on the ticket. You must register your ticket again when changing lines.

Passengers eligible for discounts

• In order to obtain discounts, you must personalise your Public Transport Card.
• The discount(s) you are eligible for must be approved and entered in the system by your local government.

Money can be added onto your Public Transport Card at the driver’s payment terminal in amounts of €5 (€5, €10, €15 etc.) paying cash only.
